Poor service
I'm under debt review ( Randwise), I pay my debt every month, yet Brooks still call me 8 times a day, sms me 6 times a day and now sending me a letter of demand , How is this possible as i have proof that i have been paying every month as agreed upon, with my debt review ppl. I think Brooks first need to speak to their clients before calling ppl to pay.
