Poor service and help

Just about had enough. I will now take you to every social media platform, hello peter, and google reviews. I have paid my account in full. I have waited the 3 weeks as promised by your staff to get my paid up letter. I am still waiting. Every time I phone a different telephone operater either tells me the letter takes 14 days or another wil say 21 days. The last time I phoned was 22 February 2021. and the lady told me the letter has been send I must check my mails. she even confirmed my email adress for me. I told her if I do not have the letter by 23 February 2021 I will take it to all known platforms. Her reply was "That is fine you do that". If you have to pay something fallen arrears becuase of whatever reason and these people phone you. I would not recommentld working through them. They are harrash you for payment, even suggest that you go out and make Debt to pay them in difficult times like these. and then when paid in full they can not deliver from their side.
