Poor service

Call centre very poor!you hold on for more than 5 minutes then you are cutt off - these attorneys is doing very well it seems, they not bothered to answer calls that is apparently Sooo important. I am a consultant and if my clients had to struggle to get hold of me -I will have to look for another job. Please even if you are busy have the decency to answer the calls or emails. Anina Steyn
