Payment Arrangement Changed, Then Threatened

Due to my financial Circumstances changed, I have made a payment arrangement to brooks and Luyt on my fNB credit card, I have been making timeous payments accordingly bit it seems every month there is a number of calls made to me even though my payment has been made. I have just changed my Payment arrangement ( Please validate against the Call( Voice recorded)) to a lower amount and then I was threatened as follows : <br> <br> 1. Interest is going to Increase<br> 2. There will be a possible Default Judgement against me due to changing this to a lower amount( Which will last for 5 Years)<br> 3. A summons will be issued by the court against me as i am not making the so called 10 % payment on total amount.<br> <br> I have mentioned to Thuli to have a look at my records and see that I have been making my payment arrangements timeously why would they want to do all of the above when it was an agreement by them. <br> <br> Can you please check your Voice recordings and advise accordingly, as this is unacceptable to get threatening Calls.<br>
