Pathetic un professional organisation

So after being pestered for an account I did not no about.. I landed up paying the amount out of fear.. as I did not want my name to blacklisted... I got promises of feedback which after 2 weeks now has not been given for a paid up letter which I need to query my account... This is an unprofessional company trying to offer a professional service which is pathetic... Now that payment has been **** no calls no feedback and nonsense promises.. pathetic
