Pathetic service

<p>My standard bank loan account was handed over to this company who also operate as CSS credit solutions. Firstly my account was overdue by 2 months. last week i received a final letter of demand from standard bank whereas i was not notified of this earlier, they just posted a final letter. I contacted them and they told me the account is with CSS, i called CSS and they advised me of the outstanding amount, i asked the guy i spoke to who was moses if i could just re-instate the debit order, he said it's either i pay the whole amount or i pay 3484 over 4 months. I told him i coudn't afford that amount and that i could only afford R1000 each month, he then put me on hold for quite some time till the call dropped. the following day i visited a standard bank branch in vangate mall to resolve this, i asked the consultant how could standard bank so quickly escalate the matter to CSS without notifying me of their intention to do so or in the first month of being in arrears. I was told my number was incorrect on their system, not sure if they were trying to tell me that's my fault or if they were just bull****ting me. Anyway i called CSS whilst at standard bank, spoke to a guy called Enoch who was very helpful, we came to an arrangement of me paying R1350 towards the loan every month on the 26th, he told me he would email me the banking details, till today there's nothing in my inbox. I called again yesterday and spoke to Moses, he said he would SMS the details, still nothing received. If standard bank or whoever does not receive their first payment by the 26th this month it is not my problem. speak to CSS or Brooks and Lyt whoever they are... I tried to make the payment arrangements without any success...the money will probably be flying over to your account!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
