Pathetic is a understatment
Worst ****en company ever. Do not was your time or money with this bank.
Will close our 16 accounts with FNB due to this people as soon as possible and they can say or do just what they want. Bunch of pathetic people hiding behind a phone.
They are the perfect example why South Africa is in such a disaster state.
