Pathetic and Idiotic
I have made arrangements for payments on my partners account, I have made 4 payments, I made 2 with the incorrect reference number, I have phoned, emailed and Whattsapped since December 2020, I have had no reply and when I call in I have to deal with INCOMPOTENENT, IDIOTIC, UNTRAINED people! How does R 1000.00 just go missing? Was it pocketed, this has been since December 2020, 4 months and they cant tell me where the money has gone, I refused to pay them till they sort it out and I get arrogance from staff members. Pathetic! I will be taking this further with my lawyers!

09 Apr 2021, 08:51My Issue has been resolved thanks to a very helpful and efficient Vanessa Applegreen, she was honestly a pleasure to deal and very professional. I am not sure how to change the star rating on Hello Peter, but my issue has been resolved, again Thank you Vanessa you really have been such a wonderful person to deal with.
