Paid up letter nonexistent

I was promised a paid up letter on my Nedbank credit card months ago already. They initially said 21 days. It has now been more than 2 months. Refilwe, who I was dealing with, simply ignores my emails. It would just be common decency to acknowledge my emails and provide what she promised. SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!!
