PAID UP LETTER!
I am so frustrated with Brooksluyt my reference is *** I finished paying my account in June 2021 and I was told by Nontokozo a debt collector I would get a paid up letter by July 2021 but have not received anything even on this day. I emailed the complaints department and I was told via email by Busisiwe Vuma that I Mbokazi will assist me.
Till to date I have not received any paid up letter. This is really frustrating. Please free me from this prison I just need a paid up letter.
