Paid up later not provided

I paid off my Nedbank Loan on the 15th of December 2025. They told me that I will get a paid up letter in 21 days. Even now I am still waiting. When I tell them that the time has lapsed, they tell me that they are still waiting for Nedbank. Other consultants hang ups the phone. My credit report is not even updated even though I was paying every month.
