Overdue paid up letter- still waiting.

I have an account that I paid off just over a month ago. I was told to wait 7 to 14 working days for my paid up letter- we are on the 20th business day. I was given a supervisor's email address- the emails keep bouncing back therefore a **** or incorrect email was given.

Each time I call the line, the call gets disconnected after its picked up but a representative. I've been emailing in requesting my paid up letter, with proof of payment (to their general email) for the past week and no one has rep**** to me with my paid up letter.

This is such poor business practice.
