Outstanding COJ Account but house was sold !!!

I got an sms saying I owe on my COJ Account. This property was sold in 2011. I have forwarded all correspondence to Clinton Jordaan at the company with over one month with no response ! Yet I continue to get sms and statements from both COJ and this CSS solutions working for COJ admin. Very quick to say you owe money . Responses / feedback is non existent when you provide information. Pathetic really.
