Once again pathetic service

<p>I have logged a complaint with this company two months back, was assisted by a prince something who claimed to be the manager gave me his email should I have problems in future and now he no longer reply. I am still not getting monthly statement as requested, on top of that my credit report shows duplicated fnb account, credit bureau is not updated monthly and this week I found a default listing on experian. I don't remember this people sending me anything in writing last I got an sms that i have not made payments which when I called the receiver just apologise for the sms and said she can see payments are received and I should ignore the sms. I am escalating this ********** activities to the NCR, this misconduct is ******* and violation of my rights.</p>
