Not honoring their word and not replying on eMails

After my HelloPeter report on 22 Aug, I received an email from the Customer Service Supervisor, promising me I will have my settlement letter that day, or latest the next day.

On 23 Aug I received the letter from Warren, a Team Administrator BUT my settlement amount on the letter and that that was discussed on the phone is different.

In Warren’s email he says to not hesitate to contact them should I have a query. Well, I surely DID have a query. WHY is the amount different? I immediately rep****, asking him this. HE NEVER ANSWERED MY MAIL.

I then forwarded this email back to the Customer Serv Supervisor, asking her why. Carmen’s comment to me is: TRUST YOU UNDERSTAND THE AMOUNT DIFFERS BECAUSE OF ADDED INTEREST. SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.

After William promised me my settlement letter “NOW” on 7 July, and the other call centre agent promised me this letter WITHIN A DAY, it still takes Brooks Luyt 47 days to send me my requested settlement letter AND I HAVE TO PAY THE INTERST FOR THEIR SLOWNESS. How absolutely pathetic. During this 47 days I was constantly phoned to ask for payment.

Brooks Luyt are there to harass clients with 3 to 4 phone calls a day. They don’t keep the promises, and they dont’ answer emails.
