Non existent customer service
-1, service is appalling! I've been sending pop from Sept and requesting a statement. No response, but I keep getting emails to make payment. I have threatened stopping payments until I can get confirmation that payment was received for Aug and Sep, no response. Service is horrible. I last received a statement in 2022. What **** is this?
