NO URGENCY

My garage card was handed over by STD Bank, according to my knowledge the acc was fully paid up- but clearly not. I raised a complain with the attorneys as i was being harassed on a daily basis and told them that i have paid the acc in full and i don't owe STD bank anything. The lady that was assisting me from the attorneys suggested that i call STD Bank and raise this concern with them. I did that but as usual, i was given the run around. They said i must call the Attorneys as they will be able to assist me in solving this matter.<br> <br> That was in April this year. I have been going back and forth trying to find a solution to this problem but neither STD Bank and Brooks and luyt are willing to barge.<br> <br> I called the attorneys today and wanted to settle this account but only if they meet me half way because this has been going on forever.<br> <br> For 5 months now I'm accountable for paying something that i am not using and because this matter was not handled with urgency it been accumulating therefore i am requested to pay R1000 which i cant afford at this point in time.<br> <br> I feel that this is a money making scheme - Attorneys are ripping people off and its totally unfair.
