No trust at all
<p>I received calls regarding an ABSA Account with that is in arrears even received a sms that stated that I have made a payment of R485.00 2 months ago and they wanted to remind me about my repayment due. Today I receive a sms that states that Legal Notoce: Summons been issued due to non-payment on your ABSA Loan Account. I have NO ABSA LOAN ACCOUNT. When asking to rovide proof of where I app**** or even signed for a loan account - I was told to go to the bank and speak to them. As far as my knowledge of debt collecting you should have the records of the debt immediately available to SUPPLY TO THE DEBTOR ON REQUEST?!!! The person calling was very rude to me when I told her that it is not my resposibility to go to the bank - they should have it in available and supply to me directly. How many other people are also taken for a ride? </p>
