No Response

I have been paying for a Loan that was taken through Capitec in 2012. It is over 10 years and this amount increases rather than decreases. This is what the banks are tormenting poor consumers to be tied up in debts paying for interest whereas i know the loan was paid off many years ago. After that they hand over to Brooks. I have been asking for information pertaining to this loan to enable be to escalate this issue legally and more than 3 months i have not been assisted. This is despicable
