No feedback, no statements, arrears not reflecting when I get a statement.

I'm going to stop paying on this account. Asking for statements is like drawing blood from stone.

I am also at the end of my whitt. My credit record is shot and I keep on asking these guys to advise.

Apparently, I am 90 days in arrears, which is funny, since none of the statements they have given me has told me so. I have emailed Lerato as well as info to find out about this information, but they have told me nothing.

The last statement I received was on the 09 May 2018.

I asked for this information several times, I have received no response and now my credit record is 90 days in arrears for more than a year.

I have been paying on time, every single month!
