Missing in action

Wow, after I could not get hold of this company to enquire about removing an account from my credit record as me and my husband was sequestrated and rehabilitated by the high court. I have been corresponding with all the bureau's and they have cleared our record but Brooks and Luyt keeps on reposting the account on our record. How am I going to get this done if I can even get through to them or with all these bad reviews listed on hellopeter site. Please send me a number or email that will respond to my query.
