luyts and brooks harassment

I have recently received a court summons from these people for a credit card account that was paid off in July. I have requested the bank to close the account as soon as it was paid off and I have got in my possession the letter confirming the account is closed. Yet almost three months later they still serve me with legal documents.

Standard bank confirms this and the law firm confirms the same thing, despite me having done my part they still send me these legal documents. I see it as harassment and defamation of my person. None of these institutions apologize and recognize wrong doing.
