Judgment removal needed

I had a personal loan with Absa, which was handled by Brooks and Luyt, I paid my account monthly, it's been settled now ,only to find that they got a court Judgment against my name, I paid off this loan end February 2021, and was hoping to by my wife a new car , but can't get credit, due to this court Judgment, I asked them several times to send me the paid up letters, to remove the Judgment, but they don't help, I've received paid up letters from Absa ,but need 1 from Brooks and Luyt to clear my name, any advice for me,
