inefficient and unresponsive
This company is acting on behalf of Nedbank and has sent a summons for a defendant (not myself) to my residence. I have called and emailed numerous times, even contacted the manager whose name is David but they have not come back to me. They are unresponsive and irresponsible as I am trying to rectify the matter but not receiving their cooperation
