*********** Supervisors and ******** Call Centre Agents
Their call centre agents are harassing me. I've forwarded a letter from my attorneys that who are handling my accounts. This has been sent to all their supervisors who have confirmed receipt of my email and I was told that this would be escalated. I even requested that they inform their call centre agents.
Despite having done this, their call centre agents phone me every single day without fail. I have to repeat the same thing over and over and over. I'm not sure if the supervisors had done what they said they would do or if this is just incompetence on a whole.
I don't what more to do.
