Looking at the reviews here, I'm really not surprised. I have an arrangement with this company since April 2021 I don't know what happened at the end of the year however I'm not happy with the service. I make my payments every month however my Nov 2021 payment is not reflecting on my statement. I've requested for my statement to be sent monthly but no I have to beg all the time. 4 payments later and I still don't know if those are even reflecting. But they will email me weekly asking me to make an arrangement when I'm already on one.
