*********** / CANT UPDATE THEIR RECORDS SO THEY CONTINUE TO HARASS CUSTOMERS.
They keep harassing me for 3 accounts paid up in July 2021 - so so pathetic. respond to emails randomly but nobody will give me my paid up letters. their co received my payment but their records dont get updated. why so dumb?
