*********** and suspiciously unprofessional
First of all ,they have been harassing me for years and referring to me as a Ms. Mgwena whom I have never heard of. When i would inform their clueless agents of the fact that they are calling and sms'ing the wrong person , they always arrogantly tell me they cannot take my number off their database and that only this Ms. Mgwena can tell them to do that . As you can imagine , i was shocked and angry but they just carried on until I blocked them. As fate would have it . I eventually ha d an account of my own that was handed over to them and they decided to call me at my workplace . We made payment arrangements and when came the time to pay , when I try to enter the banking details that they gave me , I get an error message which isn't exactly surprising considering the fact that the branch code they gave me and the one that appears after I enter the account number do not match . I called them to notify them of this and asked them to resend the acc. details which they did and.......SAME THING !!! Tomorrow I'm phoning Edcon to find out if I can pay the money to them directly because these people are not capable of doing their jobs . It would help if those females at the call center were not so cheeky and arrogant . Im even staring to assume that those agents are trying to redirect the funds into their own accounts . You shout see the sms I received with the details . It looked as though a six year old had typed it. It does not even come close to being professional. There is no way that it came from the company unless the company itself is some kind of circus .
