***********

I made an arrangement on 13 July after many frustrating phonecalls AND unanswered emails to Brooks and Luyt to settle my account. Eventually William promised me that they will send me an email with the agreed amount. This AFTER he told me they REFUSE to give me a settlement. I then said that Malusi(Malufi??) told me a settlement amount on 4 July .. this means William is LYING to me. WHY wont they let me settle? He told me to 'hold on'.. and then came back saying I could settle. (On 4 July William ALSO promised to send me an email with their details. Today is the 22nd of August - I have NOTHING from these 'attorneys'.

I will NOT settle if i dont have this in writing for I get 4 phone calls a day from these people, and NOBODY seems to know what the prev arrangement was. Even if I make a payment as promised I get phonecalls so far as 2 weeks AFTER my payment to ask for the payment. HOW do they expect me to settle without anything in writing, as they can't even get the payment right?

When I phone in, nobody knows who William is that I last spoke to. When I ask to speak to a manager, they are ALL mangers. When I send an email its simply not answered. I started speaking my home language (Afrikaans) as it seems they just don't understand me when I speak english. This did not help either. I can't help but wonder if Brooks and Luyt are actually a legit company?

I often get calls before 8am, but it seems like this is a bit early for them, as they then have NO idea what the arrangement was, or whom I spoke to the previous time.

They are trying to intimidate people, and surely getting the settlement is NOT their priority as I think they bill me for the 4 calls a day - of which I have to repeat myself 4 different times, to these 4 different people. Is this not *********?

They are totally *********** of setteling my account as promised.
