If this is the legal system - we are all in big trouble!

We keep on getting these threatening court action texts from Brooks and Luyt Att. Firstly the text is not addressed to anyone - not very professional or legal for a legal business. Secondly it refers to an Absa account - our company or anyone employed here has never had an Absa account. It gives a telephone number only with a reference number. I am not going to spend my money, time and frustration to phone them to tell them that they do not know what they are doing!
