I want to pay, but court order issued

I have been dealing with Brookes Luyt attroneys with regards to an Absa Loan, (Of which this loan was under debt review), First contact made with me was end of March 2019 – which also was due to the fact that I had called them. Asked the consultant if I could make payment arrangements of R500.00 for the next 6 months, due to the fact that I don’t have any cash, Hence the debt review process.

She said she would send me an email with banking details and I can then start payments as at April 2019.

Now I receive a letter from the court stating that judgement will be issued.

I don’t understand, I also don’t understand as I to date have still not received the email with banking details either?

I have never spoken to these attorneys before, and when I did make contact, now they issue a court order?

I told the consultant, I am willing to pay, I would just like to make arrangements for what I can afford for the time being, and when things improve we can make different arrangements.

Why is there no notes on their system
