I want my name cleared

I had a loan with capitec which was handed over to brooks and luyt attorneys because I couldn't make payments. After a few months I went to capitec and they put me on the line with this attorneys in order for me to get the full balance to the cent. The very same day I paid the full amount that was close to R110 000. They told me it would take a few days before they can send me a paid up letter which was 3 months ago. When I check on my capitec app it still shows a balance of almost R10 000 and everyday for the past 3 weeks this attorneys have been calling me for no reason. Every time they call they ask if I have received my paid up letter then I would tell them no I didn't. They tell me they will send it within the next 10 minutes, it's been weeks and I am fed up with their *********** services. The balance that is on my name is supposed to be removed long time ago and I want my paid up letter because my name is being dragged in **** now because of them.
