Horrible service

They handed my RCS account to Lawyers, Brooks and Lyt inc, those people refused They refused to write a letter to my sons school advising of arrangement in place for my RCS card. The team leader Raymond even had the audacity to tell me on a recorded call that I must go get myself into more debt to pay them so they can give me a paid up letter. My son’s grade 8 application was declined because of this. He was so heartless even when I asked that the letter be sent directly to the school if that’s better to help my son secure a better future at that school
