horrible service

Good day ,

I have been looking for a paid up letter from this company its been over 2 months with no help , I keep on calling they see I have paid the account but for the past 9 months its shows i owe R152 and I'm on arrears for 9 months after 2 months no one is giving me a valid reason as to why I'm not getting my paid up letter.

what i do not get why this Bani Chaba wont send me a letter how hard is it to send a paid up letter or update my payment can it really take 9months , they enjoy making my name bad

this is so annoying I'm out of my mind mad .
