HORRIBLE SERVICE

Over the weekend I accidentally transfered my last R300 into an old Credit card account (Capitec) the Credit Card is not active as it was settled and closed in 2021. I don't know why it was never removed from my profile on my App. When I try to transfer my R300 back into my savings account it does not allow me to. I contacted Capitec, they Refered me to Brooks and Luyt. The assistant that I spoke to sounded miserable and Rude and said there's nothing she can do... MY LAST R300 TO FEED MY KIDS JUST GONE!!! I can see it laying there in the account but no one can assist me!!! 😭😭😭😭🤬😡
