Horrible inhumane treatment

If I could give a -x***0 star I would!

Months and months paying paying begging for a statement, being told they can only send it within 14 working days and then just never sending the statements, and now an sms saying I need to pay the full amount within 24 hours to avoid legal action but all my payments are up to dat or so I hope seeing as I dont have a statement to prove this????

How do you expect me to pay the whole outstanding amount if I dont even know what it is, really sad that after paying everything I have every month and to what end?
