Horrible experience

This has to be the MOST unprofessional company I have had the misfortune to have had dealings with. They phone me constantly, they don’t have the courtesy to speak with me, just hang up and phone me in a few minutes later. When I returned one of the phone calls, I was connected with the most rude person I have spoken to ever. He asked if I could speak Zulu, when I rep**** I could not, he said he would only speak with me if I could talk Zulu and then said some thing which I could only think was derogatory and then hung up. Really awful experience.
