Horrible Brooks Luyt!

What a horror show. No reply to emails. Phone number is an answering machine. When phoned staff is rude. They were phoning me for an account I know nothing about, I was promised proof, nothing received 4 months later and still continious phone calls. I will be taking my complaint to their directors if not resolved within 24 hours. The harrassment is ridiculous, staff cannot speak proper english, phone gets put down in your ear.
