Harrassment, Unprofessional and *********

An account was handed over on the 31 August 2017 to Brooks and Luyt. An arrangement put into place for the 30 September 2017. Maybe it is only me but we have not reached that date as yet. I have received a flood of SMS'S subsequently threatening Legal Action and today the last straw is the fact that a Section 129 Letter of Demand has been issued. I am so Sick and Tired but felt that my Human Right is being contravened and will definitely take further action to Report the firm. It seems like calling and speaking to the Consultants are not helping. Hate to think of the charges for this Month for my so-called defaulted arrangement.

We refer to the complaint received on 15 September 2017 and hereby confirm that we act on behalf of Woolworths.

We further confirm that the matter has been escalated to the manager overseeing the respective portfolio for investigation.

We will be in contact with the complainant in an attempt to resolve the issue and trust that this matter will be resolved amicably.

Received another SMS claiming that I am in Default, today and actually told by the consultant, Prince Dlamini, to Ignore the SMS. An SMS of such a serious nature, how can I ignore it with further Legal Action being the threatening factor in each SMS for 2 weeks almost daily.
