Harrassment calls

Harrassment calls......medically unfit for work unemployed.Discovery credit card did not have insurance it was not offered.We have made an arrangement explaining the situation.....yet the consultants are so rude it's like they are threatening you constantly.....people that cannot communicate politely should not be working as consultants......a call from the manager would be appreciated....pathetic service
