Harrasment from brooks and luyt

Good Morning ,

Just as I suspected my e mail was read but ignored. However I received 2 more phone calls again this morning, (19th November, this now totals in excess of 52 calls), I have tried to amicably bring my utmost frustrations to you attention,

Just as I knew you would you ignore it, by the complaints on hello Peter and your FB I can see you do not care about your reputation, neither do you care for the verbal abuse and anger that your poor staff are exposed to daily.

I will now deal with you through the mediums I mentioned in my first letter, and you will suffer the consequences of your shoddy service, and the arrogance of your attitude and contempt towards Clients. I have already made a formal complaint to the Corporate Bank at FNB’s complaints department, regarding Brooks Luyt Attorney’s, I will also today lay a complaint with the Law Society, and all the publications I can.

Be warned, enough is enough………

To whom it may concern,

I am writing this e mail in utmost disgust and frustration. Your Firm has been hounding me non-stop the past 3 weeks at all hours of the day on the phone. For the following:

· Allegedly my Firm owes FNB Credit Card money? This is an absolute joke, the credit card (that I so called owe monies on), has been paid up at FNB during 2014.

· After this, not only (FNB Business Bank) whom are still my bankers(for the past 25 years), offered me various loans (should I wish to), increased overdraft facilities, and various credit cards during the past 3 years. Yet your Firm pester me for so called credit card payments, that reflects a nil balance????

· Upon my enquiries every time, when your Firm’s staff phone, (to date I have received in excess of 50 calls the past 2 weeks), I get the same reply, your account reflects a OO.OO balance, yet I am phoned umpteen times daily for the same situation???? I am sick and tired to explain myself over and over. Your staff also gives me the same explanation over and over. We apologise, it is the system??? Then correct this??? How difficult is this???

· If I have to render this kind of service I would not have been in business today. My Business Banker has also confirmed a year ago, when I was again exposed to the above, that this card was paid up and there was no legal action??? Yet every year for the past 2 years at this time I get these extremely frustrating and time wasting phone calls.

I am no longer tolerating this, upon my investigations I discovered that there is very little praise for your Firm and the way you conduct yourselves. I am forwarding this email to FNB head office and should this matter not be sorted out today, and I receive written confirmation of this, I will not hesitate to alert all the newspapers I could possibly contact. Due to my kind of industry I have access to numerous publications and communication mediums, please do not test my patience any further. I will also now run a comprehensive credit check on all the mediums we have access to, should any negative information from your Firm prevails anywhere on my Firms name and or my personal capacity, this will also be dealt with legally by myself.

Your prompt and urgent reply in writing is expected today.
