HARRASMENT AND VICTIMISATION

Acting on their client FNB's behalf they are harrassing me and my wife for a year now, all hours of the day.

This is for debt from 2006 on a Credit card when I went bankrupt. Apparently a Judgement was served in 2010 which I never received. This Judgement was granted by a Jhb court which falls out of my Jurisdiction.

After trying to explain numerous times that if they should issue a new one in Pta where I actually live, they would be acting against the new Credit laws and the harrasment should stop.

I spoke to their Supervisor Kennedy yesterday and asked to forward all this "Proof" via E-mail and no response. THEY ARE CALLING AGAIN TODAY CONSTANTLY....

They also most of the time let the phone ring only twice and put it down. THIS MEANS THEY ARE LOGGING CALLS WHICH THEY WILL CHARGE THEIR CLIENT WHICH IS FIRST NATIONAL BANK FOR ALL THIS CALLS THAT THEY DONT EVEN WAIT FOR ONE TO ANSWER.

I AM PRETTY SURE THAT FNB WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW THEY CONDUCT THEIR AFFAIRS.

BROOKS AND LUYT PLEASE PUT SOMETHING IN WRITING FOR A CHANGE AND BE SURE THAT IF THIS IS NOT DONE BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON TUESDAY THAT I WILL TAKE THIS UP WITH YOUR CLIENT WHICH IS FIRST NATIONAL BANK AND LET THEM KNOW EXACTLY HOW YOU ACT ON THEIR BEHALF.

A CASE OF HARRASMENT WILL ALSO FOLLOW SOON. WE ACTUALLY ALSO KNOW THE LAW SO TREAD LIGHTLY FROM HERE. WE ARE FED UP!!!!!!

My contact details are ********** and ********** . PLEASE CALL MY WIFE'S NUMBER ONE MORE TIME WHICH YOU HAVE BEEN ASKED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS TO BE REMOVED FROM YOUR SYSTEM TO WHICH YOU AGREED. DO THAT AND I WILL TAKE YOU TO THE CLEANERS, BUNCH OF LEACHES...
