This company has been harassing me for a long time now . incessant phone calls , emails and SMS. The last one is to issue a summons. I have phoned and sent e mail to request what account they are referring to but the still haven't sent any information. Firstly I am unemployed with no assets. Secondly I'm sure that what they are trying to is make me pay prescribed debt.
I have enough stress trying to study and find gainful employment.
I truly feel to end my life if I'm not even going to be allowed to survive while these big corporate companies leech off of what I don't have.
Could someone at least advise me what I can do about this. Obviously I don't have the means .
