HARASSMENT on PAID UP Woolworths Account from Brooks & Luyt
Have been harassed since June from these people and they can not get it into their THICK heads that I do not own a credit card nor do I owe Woolworths any money. Where are they getting this information from? I will be filing a Protection Order against them for Protection from Harassment Act (Act 17 of 2011)
Will someone on the TRUE LEGAL SIDE close these people down for good. What legal firm sends you an SMS for outstanding debt? Do they think that the public is so stupid. You can threaten all you like with your Sect 129 letter of demand and issuing of summons, go ahead issue it as I do not know where you are going to have it sent to. Charlatan's are all over South Africa trying to pull the wool over our eyes.
