Harassment due to BAD service.

I was offered a settle and save on a loan account I had with Standard bank. I made payment of the discounted amount offered on the 13/06/2023. I first dealt with Mbalenhle Zondo and nothing happened, then dealt with Cindy Gumede regarding my paid up letter and till today still have no paid up letter. I contacted and sent an email to Cindy yesterday 09/02/2024 and she promised to get back to me yesterday and again empty promises. Mbd are now threatening me with legal action and getting harassed every day with phone calls. Whoever is in charge of this sad excuse for a company, I suggest you get this issue of mine sorted out. Standard bank ***. Cindy has contact details if you need to contact me. Get your house in order. Just good old fashioned **** poor service.
