Hi Guys, you have been hounding me for a Nedbank account that I have told you several times is prescribed. I have even been told by yourselves that there is a judgement against me, and then also been told there is no judgement. This is totally ********* business practice. it is also malicious that you intend to harass me. It's simple, go to Court, get a NEW summons issued, and have the new summons delivered to me. I have also asked several times for all your communication to be in writing, but it seems you do not want to do this, as you know you have already been caught lying and deceiving the persons you call.
