HARASSMENT

I’m beyond annoyed by this company, I paid up this account because I was sick and tired of the constant harassment even though I was paying it monthly. It’s been 2-3months now and I’m still waiting for the paid up letter, worse part is each and every week I receive emails and messages reminding me to pay an account that’s fully settled. The agents I’ve not only do they provide false information but you can hear just by talking to them that you’ve wasted your resources to call this annoying company.

The lady I spoke to this morning was the cherry on top, not only did she make it clear that there’s nothing she can do to help me but she mentioned that I should follow-up with their administrator about the delay with getting my paid up letter..so I should do your job for you.

I’m tired of the harassment REMOVE my details from your communication database and stop harassing me.
