Harassment
I am writing this letter to bring to light …harassment by Brooks and Luyt attorneys. I receive calls where they mention I have an outstanding loan with Absa bank I haven't paid up. Which is *******. I have never taken out a loan with Absa I hardly use my Absa bank card and haven't used it in months
I wanted to bring this to Absa bank notice that such harassment is happening and they need to deal with this.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.

We refer to the complaint received on 26 October 2018 and hereby confirm that we act on behalf of Absa Bank.
We further confirm that the matter has been escalated to the manager overseeing the respective portfolio for investigation.
