Harassment
The past couple of weeks I have received calls from these clowns, looking for my Fiances ex boyfriend. I have told them numerous times I am not the person they are looking for. The attitude that I get from them is appalling and they speak to me as if I am the defaulter. I have asked them to remove me from their database but they don't seem to get the message. The way in which they got my details are unknown but I have a good idea they were obtained *******ly

We further confirm that the matter has been escalated to the manager overseeing the respective portfolio for investigation.
