HARASSMENT

I had a loan with FNB which i defaulted in payments and was handed over apparently to brooks and luys attorneys..Gosh the harassment one gets from thIs ppl even after making arrangements is just horrible..i am still waiting for them to send me banking details in order for me to make a payment and i haven't received them.On sat i spoke to a lady called Nomvula and she promised to send them and she hasn't but they harass me through calls and sms and i dont appreciate them. worse they are now harassing my mother bcz should my phone be off or something they call my mom and it is unacceptable and hate what they are doing. can they please remove my moms number from the their system and STOP CALLING HER ASSEMBLIES can they also send me banking details so that i can make the payment. and lastly please stop calling me to remind m about the payment,i will make the payment so stop caLling me pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee,your harassment is just bad bad bad
